Our process
Book a chemistry call
Schedule a 30min call with one of our executive coaches.
You want to choose a coach you feel comfortable and supported in
being your true & authentic self. During this call we’ll explain the
role of the coach and the client. We will clarify any questions or concerns
you may have about the process. The goal of this call is to determine
if coaching is right for you, if so, you and your coach will partner
together to set up your first 60min session.
the coaching process
You will receive three, 60 minute coaching sessions
(total 180 minutes) with your coach. Each session begins
with the client defining a topic they wish to explore.
Through a series of thought-provoking questions,
you will gain clarity, helping you determine what you
wish you accomplish. At the end of each session,
we’ll celebrate learnings and discoveries and the coach
will hold you accountable for actionable next steps.
Reflection
Coaching is an effective and powerful way to enhance
your personal and professional development, create new,
positive behaviors and empower you to overcome obstacles
more confidently. If these coaching sessions were valuable
